Čokoladne kocke sa višnjama

Višnje su u našem okruženju rado viđene u kolačima a nekada će se ponosno naći i na rindfajšu u obliku sosa. U ovim kockama su skrivene između dve kore i prelivene čokoladom. Zavisno od veličine koju ste odabrali možete ih služiti sa sitnim kolačima kao iznenađenje. Međutim i kada su same, biće pravo otkriće za za svakoga, jer se ipak višnja i čokolada nisu često družile u kolačima.

 

Sastojci:

Kore:

5 kom jaja
125 g šećera
120 g brašna
2 supene kašike ulja
30 g rendane čokolade

Krem

10 žumanca
150 g šećera
250 g putera
500 g višanja
300 g čokolade

Preliv

300 g čokolade
150 ml ulja

Priprema:

Kore

Umutiti jaja sa šećerom. Dodati brašno i ulje. Ispeći patišpanj i podeliti ga na dva dela.

Fil

Na pari skuvati žumanca i šećer, dodati čokoladu i u ohlađen krem umućeni puter.

 

Preliv

Rastopiti čokoladu i ulje.

Izrada

Na koru naneti fil. Posuti višnje preko fila. Staviti drugu koru. Iseći na kocke preliti rastopljenom čokoladom.
